Shipping
We ship throughout the United States, with international shipping available for select locations.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and selected shipping method.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Custom Orders
Customized products—including personalized embroidery, graffiti artwork, embossed designs, rhinestones, spikes, and other custom finishes—are made specifically for you. Production begins after your order is confirmed.
Please review all names, colors, artwork, and customization details carefully before placing your order.
Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. While we work hard to meet estimated delivery dates, shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Include your order number and photos of any damage so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase. Devy Mortals Studios is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be resent.
