Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Please retain your proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Original artwork and one-of-a-kind pieces
  • Custom and commissioned orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@devymortalsstudios.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions upon approval.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items of equal value, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
